Built a level off of modular pieces and building generation tools I set up in UE4. Used 1 normal map for trim sheet details on every building and 1 master shader with instances to texture the world. Will most likely revisit to give this more flair but was originally done to test trim sheet workflows, master materials, and build city generation tools.
